The Spring of 2009 will probably be remembered as one of the coldest and snowiest in recent memory in Calgary so, anxious to work the bugs out of the car and put some miles on it, we made the decision to haul the car down to sunny Southern California in early March.  This would give us the opportunity to dial the car in and attend a few Goodguys Rod & Custom events which incorporate both car show and autocross elements.

The first show of the year was the 3rd Orange County Get-Together which was held at the Orange County Fairgrounds in Costa Mesa, California on March 14th and 15th.
